Do you work on flanged connections in industrial installations? This 2-day IS-010 training course teaches you how to safely and efficiently open, assemble and leak-tighten flanged connections. You will learn how to use the correct tools, materials and procedures, with extensive time dedicated to practical exercises.
You will learn how to safely prepare and carry out work on flanged connections. The course covers safety rules and procedures, different types of flanges, bolted connections, gaskets and the correct use of tools and measuring equipment. During the practical exercises, you will dismantle and assemble different flanged connections and learn how to tighten connections according to the specified torque. The course concludes with a theoretical and practical examination.
