What will you learn?

This practical training teaches you how to act safely and effectively as a workplace first aider in the event of an accident or medical emergency. You will learn the basic principles of first aid, how to assess an accident situation, assist an unconscious casualty, perform CPR and use an AED. The course also covers wound care, bleeding control, stopping severe bleeding and basic bandaging techniques. The training is highly practical, with approximately 30% theory and 70% practical exercises, allowing participants to practise the skills they learn. After successfully completing the course, you receive an official Workplace First Aider certificate.
